Founder & CEO

Simon has a background in mental health and holds a Masters degree in leadership. He has served as a professional coach both in the For Profit and Non Profit sectors across the USA, Australia, South East Asia, the Middle East and Eurasia.

Simon is a creative and passionate communicator and trainer, experienced in educating, coaching and developing leaders and teams with a key focus on mental and emotional health, resilience and the execution of change navigation.  He has strong nurturing and mentoring skills and loves helping individuals and teams overcome obstacles and release vision and strategy.

Simon has overseen teams of specialists across Ukraine, Myanmar, India, Sri Lanka and Egypt, to research the effects of crisis on the emotional pulses of these countries. He has also developed and managed the deployment of trauma care and resilience resources in many countries where people have suffered PTSD resulting from ethnic persecution, Civil War and natural disasters.
